The Associate Director Enhertu Diagnostics US Medical Affairs will be responsible for delivering market shaping activities to support the launch of the Phase III clinical trials Destiny Breast 15 and Destiny Breast 09 for Enhertu (trastuzumab deruxtecan) a novel antibodydrug conjugate for the treatment of HER2positive breast cancer. The primary responsibilities will be healthcare provider (HCP) education on HER2 testing for breast cancer patients evidence generation to fill expected gaps in clinical trial data and insight gathering from HCPs to inform on strategic initiatives in diagnostics education within the competitive breast cancer treatment landscape.
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ 174283..80 USD. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. In addition our positions offer a shortterm incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equitybased longterm incentive program. Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program 401(k) plan; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical prescription drug dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
