Job Description
Your main responsibilities:
Operation and monitoring of the building control and security technology
Regular inspection rounds with locking services and taking over the notification and reporting system
In emergency or dangerous situations and in the event of damage initiating appropriate measures to avert danger
Issuing keys and monitoring external companies in the building
Working hours: Assembly Sunday incl. public holidays 08 12 hours/shifts
Qualifications :
What you bring along:
- Security Guard IHK Examination according to 34a GewO (Unterrichtung or Sachkundeprfung gem. 34a GewO)
- Experience in the security industry preferred
- Impeccable police clearance certificate / Einwandfreies polizeiliches Fhrungszeugnis
- Valid guard ID / Bewacher ID mandatory
- Previous experience in highvolume customer service
- Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office
- Willingness to work shifts weekends and public holidays
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English (B2 (written and spoken)
- You enjoy working in a team but also independently and on your own responsibility and you are actively involved
- High willingness to undergo regular further training to expand your knowledge and skills
- Driving licence code B own transport desirable
