The Real Estate Associate primarily focuses the administration and analysis for the Corporate Real Estate team in managing and executing all facets of real estate activities for QTS across Europe. This role will require a high degree of autonomy decisionmaking and the ability to manage projects and strategic initiatives efficiently while ensuring effective collaboration between U.S. and European offices. The position interfaces with internal stakeholders external consultants public entities brokers and other relevant parties to ensure seamless real estate operations and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
Manages critical databases dashboards tracking tools and key reporting measures for real estate projects pipelines and asset maps.
Administers maintains and organizes collaborative data rooms project folders and active real estate deal files to ensure accessibility and version control.
Prepares deal templates LOI (Letter of Intent) documentation and materials for internal approvals including capital committee submissions.
Create agendas presentations and reports for executivelevel meetings and decisionmaking processes.
Assist with team coordination including organizing weekly meetings tracking action items and facilitating strategic project updates.
Oversee travel arrangements itineraries and logistical support for real estate team members ensuring costefficiency and accuracy.
Proactively manage process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows reduce risks and enhance service delivery across real estate activities.
Ensure confidentiality professionalism and discretion when managing sensitive company and real estate information.
Lead strategic and administrative projects aimed at improving departmental performance and productivity.
Coordinate collaborate and administer key activities for the Corporate Real Estate team to ensure operational efficiency and streamlined communications between the internal team external consultants public entities brokers economics development agencies municipalities (and any other relevant stakeholders) as required.
Acts as a liaison between U.S. and European offices to facilitate project alignment and connectivity.
Collaborates with external consultants and relevant parties (brokerage legal etc. and public entities to coordinate all facets of real estate activities.
Researches and analyzes gathered market data competitor insights property information maps and other relevant resources.
Administers lease searches and real estate site selection initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 23 years of experience supporting corporate real estate operations commercial real estate or construction project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator Adobe Acrobat Pro) CoStar GIS tools and Google Earth.
Knowledge of real estate lease language financial implications and analytical skills for evaluating real estate deals.
Real Estate licensure Brokers License or other related certifications.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and interact with varying levels of stakeholders.
