Job Description
Position: QC Inspector Mechanical Company: Star Services LLC Location: Taipei Taiwan Contract Details: Fulltime Minimum Experience: 1012 years in Oil & Gas onshore/offshore pipeline projects Language Requirement: Proficiency in Mandarin (reading writing and speaking) is mandatory Star Services LLC a leading provider of engineering procurement and construction services in the energy sector is seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Inspector Mechanical to join our team in Taipei Taiwan. As a QC Inspector Mechanical you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our projects in the Oil & Gas industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct inspections and quality control activities on mechanical equipment and systems for onshore and offshore pipeline projects Perform visual dimensional and functional inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications codes and standards Review and approve inspection and test plans quality control procedures and other relevant documents Monitor and report on the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors Identify and document any nonconformances and work with the project team to implement corrective actions Conduct final inspections and prepare handover documentation for completed projects Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on quality control matters Qualifications: Minimum of 1012 years of experience in Oil & Gas onshore/offshore pipeline projects Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and relevant codes and standards Proficiency in Mandarin (reading writing and speaking) is mandatory Experience in conducting inspections and quality control activities in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines Willingness to travel to project sites and work in remote locations if required Valid certifications in relevant quality control and inspection methods are preferred If you have a passion for quality and a strong background in Oil & Gas pipeline projects we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
