SCHEDULE:
FullTime or PartTime

8:30am to 5:30pm

FULLTIME COMPENSATION:
$600000 Annual Income Potential
$425000 Guaranteed Base Salary
50 of Collections (after 2x base salary)
Partnership Track (after 2 years)

COMPANY PROFILE:
This physicianowned private practice has been serving the residents of Mission Viejo and the surrounding area for nearly 25 years. They have their own certified endoscopy center and affiliations with local hospitals. They boast a staff of 2 gastroenterologists 7 nurses 6 clinical assistants and technicians and a dedicated administrative team. They are currently hiring due to growth and are excited to welcome a new physician to the team.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new gastroenterologist will initially spend their time on 50 procedures and 50 consultations followups etc.
Once the new physician is settled into the practice a physician assistant (PA) will be hired to partner with the physician and take over the majority of officebased visits allowing the physician to focus on procedures (if desired this arrangement is negotiable based on the physicians preference).
The practice has a certified endoscopy center which has a fullyequipped procedure room private preop and recovery areas comfortable waiting room and parking lot. The practice is also affiliated with two nearby hospitals.
Physicians see an average of 20 patients per day in the office with the support of dedicated clinical assistants. Procedure days vary in volume depending on the types of procedures scheduled.
The practice schedules dedicated administrative time for providers utilizes an EHR and has support staff in all areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
California medical license
DEA
Board Certified or Eligible Gastroenterology
