We are looking for a LeadLevel PMO Resource specializing in Learning & Development (L&D).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a business partner for senior stakeholders supporting training and upskilling needs for Data Science and related fields.
- Manage technical training programs (live virtual and selfpaced) across three regions.
- Deliver impactful L&D content and formats including onboarding skill assessments and innovative training approaches.
- Support the design and delivery of change initiatives best practice sharing and program enhancements.
- Develop and implement selfservice learning solutions to improve accessibility and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders SMEs and internal teams to ensure seamless endtoend learning development.
- Independently manage and communicate timelines and deliverables across multiple projects in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Qualifications :
- 610 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or PMO roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience working with LMS platforms and survey tools.
- Advanced communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively at senior levels.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with strong business judgment.
- Deep understanding of datadriven decisionmaking in L&D programs.
