Estate Agent Branch Manager Banbury up to 35k basic plus commission
My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years and have built up an impressive reputation. They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Branch Manager where you will managing the day to day running of the branch carrying out valuations and generating new business in order to drive this branch forward. You will be a real gogetter with a positive attitude with a proven record in winning business on valuations. You should be local to the area and have knowledge of the property market and you will either be currently working as a Branch Manager or a Senior Negotiator / Valuer looking for the next step up.
Estate Agent Branch Manager Skills Required:
- Estate Agency experience is essential.
- Proven record in business generation and winning new business
- People management skills
- Professionally presented.
- Full UK driving license and car
- Enthusiastic team player.
