Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AIpowered vision systems cameras and networking components in realtime environments.
- Provide advanced support for network infrastructure diagnosing connectivity and system integration issues.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 technicians guiding them through complex technical challenges.
- Utilize cloudbased diagnostic tools to remotely analyze and resolve system performance issues.
- Collaborate with Tier 3 engineers for advanced troubleshooting when necessary.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to improve efficiency and build a knowledge base.
- Participate in an oncall rotation including evenings and weekends to ensure system reliability during live events.
- Stay current with emerging AI computer vision and software platforms to enhance support capabilities.
- Background in electronics computer science or a related technical field.
- Experience in technical support or system troubleshooting particularly in Tier 2 or similar roles.
- Proficiency with networking solutions in largescale systems AIpowered vision systems and cloudbased tools.
- Familiarity with diagnosing and resolving issues in AIdriven applications and realtime environments.
- Strong understanding of network protocols camera networks and connected device infrastructures.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear guidance to support teams and collaborate with engineers.
- Ability to manage multiple timesensitive issues especially during live events.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
