Compensation Information:
- Salary Range: $49900 $107000/year
- Signing and relocation bonuses are available!

COTA Responsibilities at Woven Care:
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the family physicians schools and other educational institutions and our team to deliver the best clinical outcomes and ensure the continuum of care for our patients.
- Case Management: Complete case management activities consistent with department quality assurance and quality improvement standards.
- Patient Care: Incorporate principles of cultural competence and familycentered care into clinical services.
- Evidencebased care: Provide services consistent with contemporary evidencebased practice in occupational therapy and department quality assurance standards.
Qualifications:
- Education:Associate Degree from an Accredited COTA program
- Certification(s): BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR; National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Licensure:State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Occupational Therapy (COTA) license; Credentialing must be completed by the Medical Staff Office (MSO) within 3 months of employment
Physical Requirements:
The job requires the ability to sit for 12 hours and stand or walk for 46 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying lifting pulling pushing and reaching each up to onethird of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to onethird of the time.
