Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) to drive the development of cuttingedge solutions at Manatal. This role requires strong technical expertise in Python (Back End) and JavaScript frameworks (preferably Vue.js) along with proven leadership experience. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers ensuring highquality software development scalability and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of at least 5 engineers to develop and maintain fullstack applications.
- Design implement and optimize scalable backend services using Python.
- Develop userfacing features with Vue.js (preferred) React or Angular.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews enforce best practices and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- 1 years of solid experience in Python for backend development.
- 3 years of experience with JavaScript frameworks preferably Vue.js but React/Angular also accepted.
- Leadership experience: At least 3 years managing a team of 5 engineers.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
