About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Freelance Recruiter to join our recruitment team remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition sourcing and endtoend recruitment. This role is commissionbased providing high earning potential for those with strong sourcing and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards LinkedIn networking and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate their qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and updates within the recruitment system.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Provide regular progress updates to the recruitment team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter talent acquisition specialist or similar role.
- Strong ability to source candidates through multiple channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring processes.
