What your future may hold
As a Compensation & Benefits Manager at Vyncke you will play a key role in setting up an expertise based international cooperation. You will collaborate with the Chief People Officer (CPO) for the design of the reward stratetgy and with regional HR teams to professionalizing their compensation and benefits policies & practices. You design and set standards that support Vynckes entrepreneurial mindset with respect to the company values.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic reward development:
- Design and execute Vynckes global reward strategy in cooperation with the CPO ensuring compliance with local regulations competitiveness in the market and business agility.
- Collaborate with regional HR professionals to translate this strategy into budgets & ways of working (processes policies regulations and practices).
- Process design and ownership:
- Act as the process owner for the global reward framework from job classification and benchmarking to variable compensation models & benefit packages including the fleet.
- Act as process owner for the global mobility program in Europe.
- Define standards for benchmarking practices and train HR teams worldwide on these processes.
- Take lead in the reflection & design of a future proof HRIS
- Leadership and stakeholder management:
- Partner with directors and senior management helping them make informed decisions. Involve them as stakeholders in your projects.
- Act as the primary contact person for external specialists ensuring reliable benchmarking and data analysis.
- Leading reward & mobility officers in their role of executing the agreed processes & practices.
- Implementation of projects and systems:
- Lead and execute projects related to compensation improvements compliance and structural changes. Bring the ideas and prioritize your action plans.
- Complete Vynckes job classification framework which serves as the foundation for salary package differentiation and talent mobility.
- International expansion:
- Take the lead in setting up payroll and HR processes for new international operations including navigating legal HR obligations.
- Support business strategy:
- Ensure that all HR practices support Vynckes business objectives maintaining agility pragmatism and employee satisfaction.

Your skillset
We are looking for a resultsdriven professional with:
- At least 10 years of experience in a HR context of which 5 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits Manager with exposure to multiple countries.
- A solid experience in job classification systems benchmarking and total reward design.
- A proven track record in projectbased work process optimization and HR strategy implementation.
- The ability to set up tools methods and standards to enhance HR operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to provide advice at all organizational levels.
- A pragmatic mindset combining analytical skills with the ability to adapt to Vynckes entrepreneurial company culture.
- An affinity for working in a dynamic global context with diverse cultural perspectives.
- Assertiveness critical thinking and the ability to guide others towards practical solutions via a proactive hands on approach.
- Fluency in English and Dutch are required. Additional languages such as Spanish or French are an asset.
