Facilities Operative Mears FM
Cambridge
Salary up to 26724 per annum
40 Hours Per Week
Facilities Management services are the backbone of our business and we collaborate closely with other maintenance divisions to deliver innovative Facilities Management services to clients and end users across the UK.
About the Role:
As a Caretaker within our Cambridge branch you will be part of a local team undertaking high standard Caretaking works to Housing properties delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety quality and cost control standards. The role will include waste management litter picking cleaning of areas and minor maintenance.
Role Criteria:
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before employment.
