We are delighted to be working with a flavourfocused French Bistro located in the heart of London. They are looking for an ambitious Chef De Partie to join their team of 5 in creating a wide array of seasonal Frenchinspired dishes packed with bold flavours.
You will have experience working at 2 Rosette level and above.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Chef De Partie
- 36000 per annum plus circa 4000 service charge
- Set days off Sunday and Monday
- Working alongside a fantastic Head Chef
Responsibilities as the Chef De Partie
- Creating a variety of stunning Frenchinspired dishes for up to 20 covers at lunch and 50 covers during the evening service
- Running a section and ensuring consistently highquality dishes
- Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
- Making the most of the restaurants access to the freshest ingredients sourced from small independent suppliers
- Showcasing outstanding communication and teamwork skills
