We are recruiting on behalf of our client an American multilevel marketing (MLM) company that sells health beauty and home care products. It is the largest multilevel marketing company in the world by revenue. It is present on many European markets Poland included.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED but general knowledge about customer support would be an asset

Clients needs:

For their offices in Cracow they need CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES who will interact with the companys clients by addressing inquiries revolving around product support invoices complaints and shipments. All contact with customers is inbound not outbound.

What you will be doing:

• Manage business queries and inbound calls (each call lasts approximately. 23 minutes)
• Receive and respond to questions related to products promotions orders invoices payments returns online platforms incentives terms and conditions etc. by using our knowledge management resources
• Process requests and update data in the database
• Document interactions in the ticket system
• Generate innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customers satisfaction

Requirements:

• Fluent command of Czech (C2 and Another European language (C1
• Fluent level of English (min. B2
• Enthusiastic communicative approach and willingness to support our customers
• A great approach to teamwork and focus on internal and external customers
• No experience needed but it would be an asset

CONTRACT:

Standard employment contract for indefinite period of time after 3 months of probation.
