We are looking for a Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Middletown DE. Come join our welcoming and supportive Chiropractic office. We have been proudly serving the community of Middletown with the highest quality care and our practice and patient base continues to grow due to our fantastic reputation! We have a stellar team and we are looking to add an additional DC. We are seeking a Chiropractor who is skilled at fullspine adjusting is passionate about chiropractic and helping others knowledge or interest in corrective care and active rehab someone who is personable and trainable. We have a knowledgeable and experienced group and we will train the incoming Chiropractor on our rehab procedures. We provide all the tools and marketing to be successful. You do what you do best provide the best care that our patients need and deserve!

We offer a variety of services and our practice is a mix of Pain based structural correctionbased with maintenance/ wellness care and some PI/ WC.

Duties:
- Patient management and care
- Perform initial consultation/exams (medical history focused physical exam review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review Digital Xrays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis treatment plan options pre and post treatment care lifestyle modifications takehome stretches and exercises benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment Chiropractic Care adjustments Diversified Fullspine Drop table FlexionDistraction Arthrostim Graston/ IASTM CBP and Pettibon rehab rehab and various therapies and modalities
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Supervise and advise Chiropractic Assistants and Rehab Assistant on patient care exercises and rehab
- Work cooperatively with healthcare team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met reassessments
- Little to no marketing
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in DE
- Full time
- $70k $130k (base salary plus bonuses)
- Bonus Compensation up to 50k. Bonuses will be attainable and expected based on agreed upon metrics for the office
- PTO 2 weeks
