Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Director to lead our Preschool in Manhattan NY. This role requires a NY State license to work with early childhood and extensive experience in the education field.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the preschool.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum.
- Manage and support teaching staff.
- Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Engage with parents and community members.
Qualifications:
- NY State license to work with early childhood.
- Significant experience in early childhood education.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
