Job Summary:
Everest Global Services a member of Everest Group Ltd. is seeking a Financial Systems Manager Oracle EPM within its Corporate Finance Department in our Warren NJ headquarters. This position will be part of the Oracle EPM team work closely with the business teams to enhance the organizations financial reporting capabilities and provide overall support of Oracle Cloud application.
This is a hybrid position working 3 days in office 2 remote in our Warren NJ headquarters.
Responsibilities include:
Implement and recommend process changes/improvements within the financial close process.
Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle EPM related activities.
Research and develop future enhancements and system capabilities.
Configure application components including reconciliations reports security and process management modules.
Manage integrations and data quality processes (validations mappings transformations)
Through financial systems support business needs surrounding the monthly close process planning and forecasting quarterly/annual financial statements and audits.
Act as a liaison between finance IT and other relevant departments to ensure financial systems meet the needs of users and comply with financial controls.
Develop and maintain system documentation procedures and training materials.
Skills

Work Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field including one of the following: Finance Accounting or Management Information Systems.
A minimum of 6 years Financial Systems experience
A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Oracle Financials
Oracle Cloud Experience Preferred
Experience with some of the following ERP and or EPM modules: FAH General Ledger Accounts Payable Cash Management Procurement Fixed Assets FCCS EPBCS EDM and PCM
In depth understanding of Oracle modules configurations and integrations points.
Experience with one or more Oracle reporting tools SmartView Narrative Reporting OTBI BI Publisher or Financial Reporting
Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials a plus.
Experience & creativity in troubleshooting data conversions integrations and/or software application problems.
PL/SQL skills
Insurance experience a plus
