Your Role:
As a Production Technician youll play a crucial role in our production processes ensuring highquality standards and smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing various production tasks.
- Inspecting equipment and processes.
- Participating in training programs.
- Documenting production data.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors.
- Following safety regulations and company policies.
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven work history in production or a similar role preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with welding (Mig) and blueprint reading is a plus
- Proficiency with heavy equipment (crane forklift etc..
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to stand; climb or balance: and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. and work entire shift except breaks and lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
