Founders Associate (Moonfare & 7 Global Capital) (m/f/d)

You will be assigned high priority dynamic projects based on serial entrepreneurs current needs. This will involve working closely with Moonfares and 7GCs founder Steffen Pauls as well as teams across both companies. This role combines a unique blend of investing product marketing sales and will allow the candidate to get bestinindustry experience across fintech and venture capital.

Tasks involve 7GC):

  • Supporting the team in fundraising 7GCs next fund
  • Managing LP communications and outreach campaigns
  • Performing analytical and market related research on companies and investors of interest

Tasks involve (Moonfare):

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams within Moonfare to identify review and solve problems
  • Use a number of communication platforms to perform tailored outreach to highnetworth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional investors with personalised messages
  • Review the Moonfare platform and product to identify areas for improvement
  • Strategise with the marketing and sales teams to craft specific messages based on different target groups selling points and products
  • Competitor screening and research
  • Analysis of product strategies and business concepts within our adjacent field

What you will bring:

  • Fluent English and German are essential
  • Excellent bachelors or masters degree in business finance economics or a related field from a tier1 University / College
  • Previous internship experience in a fastpaced environment (startup / strategy consulting / investment banking)
  • Passion for the world of startups private equity and venture capital
  • Highly proactive outgoing and selfmotivated attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects meet deadlines and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fastpaced environment
  • Resilience under pressure with the ability to stay calm deliver results in challenging situations and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • A personable approachable personality you will need to work closely with teams and work well with senior management
