Job Description

Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

About Us:
Were seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism strong litigation skills and a minimum of 3 years of legal experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all aspects of litigation including drafting complaints responding to discovery and arguing motions.
  • Prepare concise memoranda with recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on policy implementation and process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients providing options strategies and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Law degree from an A.B.A. accredited school with excellent academic credentials.
  • 3 years of legal experience.
  • Strong persuasive writing and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in summarizing records drafting briefs and conducting depositions.
  • Familiarity with California Law and a valid California State Bar number.
