Were seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism strong litigation skills and a minimum of 3 years of legal experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation including drafting complaints responding to discovery and arguing motions.
- Prepare concise memoranda with recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues on policy implementation and process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with clients providing options strategies and solutions.
- Law degree from an A.B.A. accredited school with excellent academic credentials.
- 3 years of legal experience.
- Strong persuasive writing and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in summarizing records drafting briefs and conducting depositions.
- Familiarity with California Law and a valid California State Bar number.
- Competitive salary: $100000.00 $200000.00 per year.
- 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance.
- Fulltime position with an 8hour shift.
- Inperson work in Glendale CA 91210. Relocation required.
- Active Bar License (Required)
