About the Talent Acquisition Team
Mixpanels Talent Acquisition team is responsible for building a worldclass organization while providing an exceptional candidate experience. We act as strategic partners to our executive team and senior leadership providing guidance and advising on best practices around talent acquisition and cutting edge recruiting strategies.
About the Role
As a Senior GTM Recruiter you will play a key role in building and executing the right strategies to attract and hire top talent for the organization. Our GotoMarket recruiting team focuses on supporting all of our global customerfacing roles including but not limited to Sales Customer Success and Marketing. Working closely with business leaders you will provide strategic partnership to effectively build talent pipelines from sourcing to closing. With your guidance and expertise you will play an integral part in growing the GTM teams with a highbar of top talent that will lead to Mixpanel achieving superior business results. This role is for you if you excel in candidate prospecting collaboration with hiring partners and are the subject matter expert for talent. You will also contribute to projects that benefit the larger people organization.
Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment process and endtoend hiring for various departments within Mixpanel
- Candidate prospecting a diverse set of talent leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter Greenhouse CRM Campaigns and outofthebox recruitment strategies
- Strategic partnership with leaders and the broader people team to execute the hiring plan efficiently with a focus on time to hire without sacrificing quality
- Managing the closing process collaborating with compensation and hiring managers
- Being a talent advisor to the hiring teams you support elevating their ability to interview and hire for top tier talent
- Providing a worldclass experience for prospective employees and internal clients
- Contributing to Adhoc projects and recruitment strategy.
Were Looking For Someone Who Has
- 7 years of recruitment experience in a fast paced environment
- 4 years of fullcycle GTM recruiting experience specifically hiring for highly technical B2B sellers
- 2 years of candidate sourcing experience
- Passion for staying on top of recruiting market trends and constantly looking to enhance and evolve their strategic approach to hiring
- Direct knowledge and experience sourcing from target companies and the technical ecosystem from where Mixpanel would want to hire top talent
- Proven successful track record of producing outcomes by hitting sourcing targets hiring goals and exceeding expectations
- Strong stakeholder management experience with an ability to provide excellent guidance and support GTM leaders in upleveling their teams through hiring
- Demonstrated experience raising the talent and hiring bar for organizations
