Job Description
Our objective is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations. This is rooted in the EY SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain FICO BPC Data & Analytics Customer Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors) that are focused on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity.

Yourkeyresponsibilities
- Lead largescale SAP client engagements or work streams. Supervise the design configuration and implementation of SAP OrdertoCash (OTC) solutions including Sales Order Management ATP Shipping Credit Management Pricing Billing and more.
- Demonstrate indepth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumen in OrdertoCash domain and its integrated domains such as other subdomains within Supply Chain (Planning Manufacturing Transportation Management Extended Warehouse Management) Finance and Procurement. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the clients business such as S/4HANA with Rise BTP clean core implementing concept and SAP AI business scenarios and demonstrate ability assimilate to new knowledge.
- Understand the impact of master data and hierarchies on the OrdertoCash process and coordinate with crossfunctional teams to deliver holistic solutions.
- Consistently deliver quality client services.Monitor progressmanage risk and make sure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Lead client workshops meetings to collect and understand user stories. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
- Lead and inspire diverse teams by providing constructive feedback and coaching fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment and actively counseling and mentoring junior consultants.
- Generate new business opportunities. Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain longterm client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs.
- Encourage and support the professional development of team members through training workshops and career advancement opportunities.
Skills andattributes forsuccess
On your typical engagement you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering architect solutions blueprinting testing and complete the workflow and documentation as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and nonSAP systems.
To qualify for theroleyou must have
- A bachelors degree with at least nine years of related work experience
- At least eight years of experience working within SAP OrdertoCash; deep functional and technical experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) modules in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC with the ability to design solution configure implement and document complex WRICEF objects
- Strong written and verbal communication presentation client service and technical writing skills
- Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams with strong project management expertise (e.g. SAP Activate Methodology) and a successful track record in delivering SAP projects and managing projectbased teams
- Knowledge of leading practices benchmarking peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industryspecific finance and technology functions
- Ability and comfortlevel researching client inquiries and emerging issues including regulations industry practices and new technologies
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 4060

This individual should be able to demonstrate strong business acumen in understanding and guiding clients to optimize their OTC processes in SAP. They should be able to provide holistic thought leadership on the latest SAP offerings and drive the team to deliver SAP projects on time within the budget and with high quality. Additionally they should be capable of configuring and troubleshooting SAP systems when required and able to design and propose solutions that consider all areas integrated with the OTC process collaborating effectively with other workstream team members.
