Job Description
**THIS POSITION REQUIRES TRAVEL BETWEEN MONTCLAIR AND HOBOKEN**
We are currently offering a $1000 sign on bonus for FULLTIME 36hours per week) employees!!
The Woodhouse Day Spa strives to create a unique spa experience for each of our guests and cannot achieve this without talented therapists who have passion for what they do!
- Manage the daily operations of the spa
- Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
- Coach and develop team members
- Maximize inventory for professional and retail use
- Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spas overall performance
- Take the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreach
- Ensures each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
- Understands that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction
