OVERVIEW:

Assembly Technician is responsible for all aspects of preparing and fitting of components for bonded assembly. This includes trimming surface preparation hardware installation and processing a variety of adhesives. Technician is also responsible for performing light bodywork and repair of composite structures. Technician will have experience fabricating composite parts. Candidates for this position should have experience working in a manufacturing environment. This position requires operating common hand tools a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
You will execute the requirements of the engineering drawing work orders and process instructions to assemble components accordingly in a highly professional manner. The Assembly Technician should have the ability to check his/her own work and be very detail oriented to ensure a world class product as well as meet deadlines and document progress. You must also be dependable time conscious and work efficiently to achieve department goals on a weekly basis with minimal supervision. In this position the technician will frequently work with a small team of Engineers Technicians Fabricators Designers and Mechanics to manufacture customer goods.
