Job Description

Job Title: Material Coordinator Subsea Pipeline Project (Oil & Gas)
Location: Taiwan

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Material Coordinator to support a Subsea Pipeline Project in Taiwan. The role involves managing the procurement tracking storage and distribution of materials and equipment required for offshore and onshore pipeline operations. The candidate will ensure materials are available as per project schedules maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1012 years of experience in material coordination for Oil & Gas onshore/offshore pipeline projects.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (reading writing and speaking) mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of material management inventory control and supply chain logistics.
  • Experience in handling material requisitions tracking deliveries and warehouse management.
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors procurement teams and project engineers to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and material tracking software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
