Position Summary:
The Corporate Marketing Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the entire Corporate Marketing team. This role ensures the efficient management of daily administrative tasks such as document processing filing monitoring and coordination to streamline operations and optimize team productivity.
The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders monitoring department documentation such as job requests purchase requests and payment requests and serving as the central contact for all administrative concerns within the department.
Additionally the Corporate Marketing Administrative Assistant will assist in coordinating teamwide projects supporting the preparation of reports and ensuring seamless documentation flow across teams. While this role may occasionally support the Vice President (VP) of Corporate Marketing its primary focus is to provide administrative assistance to the entire department to help drive efficiency and productivity.
