Procurement Strategy Manager
The Strategic Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the organizations overall goals. This role will involve analyzing market trends managing supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes to drive cost efficiency and value creation.

What will your essential responsibilities include
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that support business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement.
- Develop and own overall GSP Reporting framework making sure that materials and information are clear consistent and aligned with Group reporting requirements
- Develop and Implement Strategic Initiatives: Formulate and execute strategic plans that align with the organizations goals focusing on optimizing processes enhancing efficiency and driving overall business performance.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends potential risks and opportunities making sure the organization stays ahead of competitors and adapts to changing market conditions.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (e.g. finance operations marketing) to make sure alignment on strategic objectives facilitating communication and cooperation to achieve common goals.
- Management and coordination of all wider GSP programme initiatives highlighting and driving interdependencies and reporting communicating closely with delivery teams and customers at all levels of the organisation
- Set in collaboration with Group other entities and other AXA XL functions the strategy for GSP functions and contributing to related projects for other areas

Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Previous direct experience with Sourcing and Procurement
- Demonstrated ability to collaborative lead change projects
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent people management skills Ability to engage all stakeholders from the field to the Csuite
- Experience in driving Procurement improvement programmes across process technology and people
- Experienced in developing change Communications in complex organizations
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient at using various analytical and visualization tools
- Robust influencing and engagement ability; adept at building relationships and credibility.
- Masters degree in Engineering or Business will be an asset
