DescriptionSioufas & Associates Law Firm a leading Greek law firm with offices in three major cities of Greece (Athens Thessaloniki and Patra) and Romania (Bucharest) is currently looking for a Personal Assistant who would like to join its dynamic motivating and highly skilled team in Athens.
As a Personal Assistant of the Legal Services Department your goal is to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to the departments Managers in a wellorganized and timely manner. You will work on a onetoone basis on a variety of tasks related to Managers daily administrative duties and communications.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage calendar schedule meetings and appointments organize meetings
- Manage all incoming phone calls inquiries and correspondence and route them accordingly
- Manage emails
- Handle expenses invoices purchase orders and travel expenses
- Prepare reports presentations and Excel spreadsheets for internal and external meetings
- Providing administrative assistance such as drafting memos and preparing communications
- Act as the point of contact between executives and employees clients and partners
Requirements - Professional Experience in a similar position of at least 2 years
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office backoffice and accounting software
- Proficiency in English
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Associates/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus
