Job Description
JOB HIGHLIGHTS
Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor (state of Wisconsin)
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional counseling services to Opportunity for Hope Clinic patients
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the needs of each client
- Ability to build strong relationships with patients
- Ability to provide a safe supportive environment for patients to express their feelings and concerns
- Ability to consult with other Mental Health team staff and respond to emergency situations if deemed appropriate in a client plan
- Valid drivers license with good driving record and insured vehicle available for daily use
- This position requires use of a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multifactor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.

Clinic Hours of Operation:
- Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Wed 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
