We are currently seeking a Subrogation Recovery Specialist to join our insurance carrier clients team and assist in recovering funds through effective subrogation efforts. If you have a strong understanding of insurance claims and subrogation processes along with excellent negotiation skills we encourage you to apply.
Compensation:
- $65000 $85000/year (flexible based on experience)
- Annual bonus potential of up to 10

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field such as Insurance Business or Legal Studies or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance claims subrogation or collections.
- Must have experience with salvagehandling.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies subrogation processes and recovery methods.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a large caseload and work independently to achieve recovery goals.
Job Description:
- Investigate subrogation opportunities on personal and commercial auto.
- Identify responsible third parties and initiate subrogation recovery efforts in a timely manner.
- Communicate and negotiate with thirdparty carriers attorneys and policyholders to recover funds.
- Gather and analyze documentation including police reports contracts and other relevant evidence to support subrogation claims.
- Prepare and send demand letters to responsible parties and follow up on negotiations.
