About the Role
Our client a global leader in outsourcing and customer relationship management is seeking a Germanspeaking Customer Service & Sales Specialist to represent one of the worlds most innovative tech giants Microsoft. In this role you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for German Austrian and Swiss customers.
- Assist with inquiries resolve technical issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proactively promote Microsoft products and services through crossselling and upselling.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and contribute to enhancing the customer journey.
- Deliver solutions that align with customer needs while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

What You Bring
- Fluent German (C1 and strong English skills.
- Sales experience and a proactive communication style.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and services.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and technical knowledge.
- A customercentric mindset and experience in relationship management.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
