Job Title: Residential Property Lawyer
Location: Horsham West Sussex (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: Approx. 45000 per annum DOE

The Role:
Due to continued growth our client a wellestablished and highly regarded law firm in the Horsham area is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters working closely with clients to provide expert advice and ensure smooth transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions including sales purchases remortgages leasehold and freehold matters.
- Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process ensuring a seamless and stressfree experience.
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts and legal documentation.
- Liaising with clients estate agents mortgage lenders and other legal professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
About You:
- You are a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years PQE in Residential Property.
- You have a strong understanding of conveyancing processes and regulations.
- You are clientfocused with excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- You are highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy contributing to a positive team culture.
