About the Role

We are seeking a highpotential leader to join us as a Sr. Strategist. If you love working with clients and teams to solve strategic growth challenges this role is for you. Our Sr. Strategists lead client engagements from developing new business models to reinventing a digital consumer experience. You will be responsible for successfully managing seniorlevel client relationships and crossfunctional groups of Rve team members. To be effective in this role you must have the demonstrated ability to design solutions for pureplay digital and omnichannel businesses.Relocation support is available.

What You Will Do

Understand our clients needs and develop solutions to address them

  • Identifying scoping and presenting approaches to support our clients growth challenges.
  • Structuring engagement design in collaboration with client and Rve teams.
  • Managing the contract development process with a client.
  • Meeting your annual revenue goals.
Lead engagements that delight our clients and enrich our team members
  • Managing the daytoday of projects including resource management and team member engagement.
  • Design and execute client sessions.
  • Beingcomfortable thinking on your feet and facilitating large groups in workshops.
  • Fostering collaborative senior management relationships through proactive communication effective tradeoff discussions and change management strategies.
  • Supporting team member development through creating onthejob learning opportunities coactive coaching and retrospectives.
  • Holding our team and our process to a high standard while meeting our CXI and NPS goals.
Be both an expert and a lifelong learner
  • Being the goto person on the team who understands our methodology and its application.
  • Proactively introducing new methods tools and platforms to keep us on the leading edge.
  • Leading annual internal initiatives that build our capabilities.
  • Teaching and sharing the new within the organization to increase our overall capacity.
  • Building the Rve brand externally through writing speaking and teaching opportunities.

What Were Looking For

  • Strong valuescentered leadership
  • Working in a manner that shows respect for diversity and equality
  • Understanding corporate strategy development design thinking innovation methods or other related disciplines
  • Ability to help others navigate complexity and ambiguity
  • Balancing creative and analytical mindsets
  • Awesome organization skills
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience inroles like Account Executive Brand Manager Innovation Leader or Product Manager
  • Presentation design and development
  • Curiosity and openness to explore and experiment with AI tools
