What you will be doing:
Translating business needs into clear requirements that will enable the design of flexible solutions to enable business strategies and align with template
Facilitate change management and user acceptance tests
Provide constant insight and support to business activities to solve daily business problems by using existing tools and systems
Work with other Project Consultants and collaborate with the Finance and Controlling Functional Leads and Solution Architects within ROCKWOOL to oversee the completion of Financial Tools rollout in our operating companies (OPCOs) around the world
Help deliver savings and benefits to the Group by constantly looking for improvements to business processes that can be realized within Finance and Controlling area
Stay abreast of current developments in Finance and Controlling and Wider IT
Provide functional guidance to ensure IT solution integrity and maintain documentation updated (functional and technical)
Promote and maintain a flexible cooperative team oriented customer focused attitude within and between departments
Ensure that daily operational support of SAP and other Finance Tools meets Service Level agreement (SLAs) with the OPCOs.
What you bring:
SAP CO Module Expertise: Deep understanding of the SAP Controlling (CO) module including cost center accounting internal orders product costing and profitability analysis.
Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with integration points between SAP CO and other modules like FI (Financial Accounting) MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and provide insights for decisionmaking.
Configuration and Customization: Proficiency in configuring and customizing the SAP CO module to meet specific business requirements.
ProblemSolving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP CO module.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders gather requirements and provide training.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP ECC with at lease 3 years proved experience and 2 end to end roll outs.
Business Process Understanding: Indepth understanding of business processes related to controlling and financial management.
Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest SAP releases enhancements and best practices.
