Job Description
Role: Hub Scheduler
Salary: 28755
London Care SE16 7DW
In this role you will be responsible for managing the scheduling of Care Professionals ensuring the accurate creation of care rosters and maintaining the continuity and quality of care provided to our clients in their homes. You will work closely with both our Care Professionals and clients to ensure that all care visits are scheduled efficiently and in compliance with their care plans.
Qualifications :
A background in healthcare social care or a related field is preferred.
Experience in working with Care Professionals or support staff is desirable.
Familiarity with the needs of clients receiving domiciliary care is an advantage
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with staff clients and families.
Detailoriented with a focus on documentation reporting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare or homecare settings is advantageous.
