Job Description
We are currently looking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our Concierge team. As a Porter you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and safe environment ensuring our guests have memorable experiences throughout their stay.
Key duties include:
- Be present at the Concierge/Front Desk or in the lobby to assist guests colleagues and visitors
- Provide passionate knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
- Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage in an efficient and timely manner
- Assist guest with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests about Hotel facilities and nearby attractions
- Communicate with other departments to ensure relevant information is communicated between departments
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests
Qualifications :
- Previous customer service experience preferably in a busy Hotel environment
- Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including ability to build rapport both in person and over the telephone
- Selfmotivated with positive and professional attitude
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays periods
