Raizan Solutions is seeking skilled and experienced Production Workers to join our clients highperforming manufacturing team. This directhire opportunity is perfect for individuals with 5 years of expertise in cleanroom fabrication assembly or precision manufacturing. In this role you will operate advanced production equipment handle delicate components with precision and adhere to strict safety and quality standards. Perform handson production tasks following safety quality and cleanroom guidelines.
Work in a Class 100 cleanroom and wear required protective gear such as a bunny suit and gloves.
Operate maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and tools.
Handle fragile and small components with precision during fabrication and assembly.
Follow detailed work instructions blueprints and SOPs for product assembly and inspection.
Conduct quality checks and report issues related to defects production efficiency and material inconsistencies.
Perform technical tasks including hybridization wet etching photolithography wire bonding metrology and inspections.
Maintain accurate production records in electronic tracking systems.
Work collaboratively with team members supervisors and engineers to optimize processes and meet production targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and cleanliness standards in the work area.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production cleanroom fabrication or manufacturing.
Ability to work in a Class 100 cleanroom under strict protocols.
Proficiency in handling small parts and fragile components with precision.
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel Word and data tracking software).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes equipment operation and troubleshooting.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail problemsolving skills and teamwork.
U.S. Citizenship is required for compliance with security regulations.
Experience with hybridization thin film deposition photolithography wet etching and focal plane array (FPA) fabrication.
Ability to interpret and follow blueprints schematics and SOPs.
Experience with WIP (WorkinProgress) tracking databases.
Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts or overtime to meet production demands.
