Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical condition and develop effective treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic techniques including manual therapy exercises and modalities to restore strength coordination and alignment.
- Monitor and document patient progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care and share insights on patient progress.
- Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens and therapeutic techniques for continued care at home.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all treatment sessions and patient interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Home Health experience preferred
- Valid California Physical Therapist license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Current California drivers license good driving record and reliable transportation
- Located in Southern California
