Job Description
Base Pay:$1819 per hour
Daytime or Evening shifts available
FULL TIME & PART TIME
Work in your neighborhood and give back to your community. BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for HHA Home Health Aides to care for our clients. As a member of our home care team you will be valued respected and heard.
We have current job openings for HHAs Home Health Aides in the following locations:
- Hackensack
- Teaneck
- Fort Lee
- Garfield
- Clifton
- Passaic
- Jersey City
- Union City
- All towns in Bergen Passaic and Hudson Counties

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) the following benefits:
- Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADAs group medical prescription drug dental and vision benefitsif you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3month measurement period.
- Home Care Field Employeesworking less than 30 hours per weekare eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA Home Health Aide:
- Minimum one year work references in any type of field. Newly certified welcome
- Current HHA Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- No license We offer Home Health Aide Certification courses
Job Responsibilities for HHA Home Health Aides:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Bathing
- Vital sign checks: temperature pulse respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry meal preparation bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
