Job Description

Foth is currently experiencing exciting growth in our Milwaukee WI office. We are seeking a teamfocused and resultsoriented Construction Observer who is looking to be a significant contributor to the of municipal projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide construction observation services for municipal projects
    • Oversee and coordinate contracted services including survey and material testing
    • Document and verify adherence to project specifications (daily log quantities submittals etc...
    • Communicate effectively with clients contractors and property owners regarding project scope timelines and related project issues
    • Coordinate roadway design project plans with associated utility companies

Required Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or GED
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction observation or equal combination of formal education and applicable experience
    • Previous municipal construction experience (i.e. storm/sanitary sewer watermain paving grading etc)

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Associates Degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Management
    • Completion of Wisconsin DOT certifications (PCC1 PCC2 Aggregate Tech HMA Sampler etc)
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
