Foth is currently experiencing exciting growth in our Milwaukee WI office. We are seeking a teamfocused and resultsoriented Construction Observer who is looking to be a significant contributor to the of municipal projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide construction observation services for municipal projects
- Oversee and coordinate contracted services including survey and material testing
- Document and verify adherence to project specifications (daily log quantities submittals etc...
- Communicate effectively with clients contractors and property owners regarding project scope timelines and related project issues
- Coordinate roadway design project plans with associated utility companies
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction observation or equal combination of formal education and applicable experience
- Previous municipal construction experience (i.e. storm/sanitary sewer watermain paving grading etc)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Management
- Completion of Wisconsin DOT certifications (PCC1 PCC2 Aggregate Tech HMA Sampler etc)
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
