Were looking for talented interns to join our Managed Services team within our Management Consulting department during academic year.
Your impact
Get firsthand insights into the fascinating world of consulting.
Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
Help with internal tasks and exciting project based activities
Participate actively in daily operations and project management office activities (project support financial support reporting market research)
Thrive in an environment that broadens your functional training personal and technical skills and deepens your knowledge of client services
What you will learn and do
You help our clients in the support and of their HR and/or recruitment operations while providing them with our consulting expertise:
Oversee the entire recruitment process including talent hunting sourcing initial candidate screening interviews and extending job offers
Build talent pool with active candidates on social media and job boards
Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates qualification and skills
Participate to job fairs to liaise with potential candidates
Redesign recruitment/HR workflows and identify areas for enhancement
Develop and implement onboarding programs for clients
Conduct process mapping and continuous improvement activities
Analyze market trends and innovative working methods providing strategic advice
Build and deliver workshops and training sessions to enhance capabilities and improve HR processes
Collect transform and analyze HR data to facilitate effective decisionmaking
Provide actionable insights to align with business objectives
Participate in HR improvement initiatives and projects related to recruitment onboarding and employee development
Support the creation and implementation of HR deliverables including SOPs and operational guidelines
About you
A final year Master student in Human Resources or in a Business study field
Passionate about HR project management and consulting
Motivated to discover the inner workings of a global organization
Enjoy working within a team
Fluent in English and Dutch/French
Proactive showing initiative and strong organizational skills
Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct
Available for a minimum of three months
This internship is a mandatory part of your school curriculum
