Position: Landscaping Foreman (Stormwater)
Location: Sioux City IA (Shop located in Onawa IA)
Compensation: $21.00 $24.00 an hour depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule:Full Time 4055 hours per week (Monday Friday only)
Travel is required for this position. 1015 days per month of travel is typical (MF only). We offer a Summer Travel Bonus!

Were hiring aLandscape Foreman (Stormwater)in Sioux City IAto play a key role in providing landscaping and maintenance expertise to service our clients stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties. This position is a driving force behind our Stormwater teams success. If you have prior experience in Landscaping as a Lawn Maintenance Technician Construction Worker General Laborer or Groundskeeperor if you enjoy working outdoors we want to hear from you!

What youll do:

• Plan direct and schedule landscaping routine maintenance and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure (retention ponds detention basins drainage ditches stormwater grates and other stormwater assets).
• Lead a crew of 24 crew members communicating and enforcing all safety regulations.
• Perform mowing weedtrimming debris removal ground maintenance and cleanup light construction and maintenance repairs for client properties.
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment and maintain the equipment trailer.
• Prepare reports and document work in the field using Apex proprietary systems.
• Travel from the shop location via the company truck to client sites locally and regionally. 1015 days of travel is typical (MF only).

What were looking for:

• 25 years of experience in outdoor labor (landscaping construction grounds maintenance and repair or similar work).
• Must pass preemploymentscreenings. We are a drugfree workplace.
• Valid drivers license safe driving record and a reliable method of transportation.
• Willingness to travel.
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials

• Ability to perform various physical tasks (i.e. bending kneeling pushing pulling lifting etc. and work in a variety of weather conditions.
