The Opportunity
Are you ready to take your career to the next level Join Hitachi Energy as a Time & Attendance Systems Lead and be at the forefront of optimizing our time and attendance systems. This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise leadership and strategic impact. Youll ensure compliance with company policies Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and legal regulations while driving efficiency and accuracy in our timekeeping processes. How Youll Make an Impact
- Analyze current timekeeping processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement best practices for time and attendance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with CBAs local state and federal labor laws.
- Collaborate with HR payroll and operational teams for cohesive operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Time & Attendance inquiries.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of Time & Attendance systems.
- Integrate time and attendance systems with payroll and other HR applications.
Your Background
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Systems or related field.
- Proven experience 5 years) in time and attendance systems management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance issues.
- Experience working with unions and CBAs is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in time and attendance software (e.g. Kronos ADP Workforce Manager).
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
