About the Role:
As an Enrolled Nurse you will support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in delivering personcentred care that aligns with regulatory and statutory requirements. At this level your practice will range from novice to proficient with continuous development as you gain experience and build on your clinical skills. You will work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse/Midwife yet you will always remain responsible for your own actions and accountable for the care you provide.
In this role you will have the chance to develop your nursing or midwifery expertise working in a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth. While supporting patients directly you will also contribute to a team approach to care ensuring each patients individual needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
