Job Description

Dillons Small Batch Distillers is looking for Sipping Room Associates to join our team this coming Summer 2025! If youre passionate about spirits and cocktails thrive in a fastpaced environment and are a highly collaborative and uberenthusiastic team player this could be the role for you.
What Youll Do:
- Welcome Guests to the Sipping Room
- Educate Guests on our Spirits & Bitters collection
- Lead Guests through tastings
- Lead tours of the Distillery
- Assist with events and day to day operations within the Dillons hospitality Team
- Assist with sales in the Sipping Room
About You:
- 2 Years of Retail Hospitality or Customer Service experience preferred
- Smart Serve Certificate Required
- Strong communication skill Exceptional time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is required
