With its 50 year milestone approaching in 2025 MCW is looking to redefine enhance and accelerate its brand market position and client acquisition and retention in line with best in class standards.
As one of only a few national law firms with a head office in Brisbane a rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced marketing professional to work closely and directly with a newly appointed Head of Marketing (HOM) to drive marketing and communications projects and initiatives.
We are seeking a Senior Advisor level marketing professional with a passion for content creation a proactive approach and a curiosity for what entices clients to choose MCW.
Working within a growing marketing and business development team (currently five professionals) this role will use a broad spectrum of marketing skills including brand communications graphic design and digital marketing.
With several exciting marketing and communications projects on the horizon for the MCW team now is a fantastic time to join!

This role offers both autonomy and the ability to work closely with the HOM to support and drive national projects that create value across the firm.
