Job Description
Job Summary: The Sales Associate will be primarily responsible for guiding customers experience with the UPS Store through every interaction. In addition to opening/closing duties Sales Associate will be responsible for educating customers on UPS Store services and delivering those services with the highest level of customer service. We have a parttime position available. Design computer and graphics experience would be helpful.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of:
- Basic procedures for shipping mail and packages
- Copying printing and document management processes
- Fundamental accounting banking cash management practices
Skills in:
- MS Office applications such as Word Excel and Publisher
- Email applications: communication & management
- Graphic illustration & editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to:
- Communicate and spark rapport with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Learn and retain information quickly
- Cross sell and upsell additional services
- Address issues and resolve conflicts through professional verbal/written communication
Requirements:
- High school diploma G.E.D. or equivalent
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to remain standing for extended periods of time
- Valid U.S. drivers license and reliable transportation
- U.S. Citizenship
- Professional appearance
