Position Information

SEARCH has an immediate opening for a Full Time Project Manager to join our archaeology team. This position is based out of Guam or Hawaii based on candidate location. This role acts independently and in consultation with SEARCH leadership to plan manage and deliver all aspects of cultural resources management projects on Guam Hawaii and surrounding Islands. This position will also offer administrative support for our SEARCH Guam office located in Barrigada.

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors degree or Graduate degree in Anthropology Archaeology Business or a related field.
  • Experience in project management and the supervision of cultural resource or other related projects from contract award to client delivery.
  • Minimum ten years of supervisory experience encompassing time in field laboratory and office within the CNMI and/or Pacific Region.
  • Expertise in Pacific archaeology and well versed in state and federal laws and guidelines governing cultural resource management.
  • Ability to obtain government security clearance.
  • Experience providing leadership and building a healthy team culture on your projects.
  • Living in Hawaii or Guam at time of hire.
