British American Tobacco POLAND has an exciting opportunity for a SUPPLY NETWORK EXECUTIVE in WARSAW
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role
- Execute activities to support the delivery of Cash Cost Service and SNO KPIs for the assigned Area/Category
- As SNO single point of contact (SPOC) working with a specific factory/ end market to help achieve Area/Category Direct Reporting Business Unit (DRBU) & Regions targets
You will be:
- Responsible for communication with the customer and/or customer service.
- Responsible for overall inventory within the supply network for calculating stockholding policies and (Multi echelon Inventory Optimisation (MEIO) FG) managing inventory service levels safety stock and inventory levels
- Responsible for the planned orders (deployment) for inter and inmarket inventory deployment
- Responsible for achieving optimal plan for the entire planning horizon
- Responsible for the planning transactional and sourcing master data
- Responsible for collaborating with Master Planner Production (or SNP) purchasing planner production scheduler and D&I Planner
- Responsible for managing the constraints within suppliers
- Responsible for ensuring visibility for the supplier capacity and supplier raw materials availability.
What are we looking for
- 13 years across Planning Logistic NPI (Manufacturing & Commercial experience would be an advantage)
- Good Supply Chain knowledge (process metrics)
- University degree (Supply Chain related major could be an advantage)
- Good analytical and digital skills
- Strong knowledge in IWS CI tools and agile concept
- Mastery in advanced planning system could be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English
